So, I had a buddy over last weekend, and he casually mentions that my deck feels kinda "bouncy." I laughed it off at first, but then got paranoid and had someone come check it out. Turns out, the supports underneath are rotting away and it's basically an accident waiting to happen. Now I'm stuck with repairs I didn't budget for. Has anyone else had a deck surprise them like this?
